Our Nutritionist Jennifer has whipped up a quick recipe for Pancake ( Shrove ) Tuesday.

Here we go…..

  • Mash 1 ripe banana
  • Add an egg
  • Add half teaspoon baking powder ( use gluten free of course ! )
  • Whisk with fork.
  • Add to pan with heated coconut oil
  • Serve with a drizzle of honey some fruit and coconut yoghurt.

Yum – nothing like a little treat now and then.
