Here is our position as at 17:00 Thursday 7th April 2022
The clinic is fully operational.
We are seeing a greater spread of COVID 19 in WA as the hard border policy of the state government is eased. As such we have introduced some further precautionary measures for the safety of all.

Obviously for all of us the situation may rapidly change we will update this information as soon as we become aware of any changes.
As a part of the care we are exercising we are both following government advice and taking all the other precautions we can reasonably think of to implement and safeguard you our clients and our staff.
It is still early days into the understanding the full effects of Corona Virus however there is not anything that we are currently aware of that suggests allergy sufferers are at greater risk. In fact because allergy treatments are often associated with maintaining a health immune system the opposite could be true.
We continue to monitor government and health authorities’ advice and will update our procedures accordingly.
We are well stocked up with a wide range of allergy treatments.
Although the acceptable reasons for leaving your house include for medical care we strongly encourage you to contact us by phone for a consultation by Phone, Telehealth, Facetime or Zoom.
Our phones are manned every day 9226 0561 – If you wish to place an order, then do so by phone and we will mail it out to you.
Orders are free of standard rate postal charges if the order is over $150 in value. ( Express post will incur a charge )
Be aware that the demands on the postal system have increased meaning deliveries are also taking longer – so you should err on the side of caution and re-order well before you run out.
TELEHEALTH is a key tool to help us all maintain our health and treatment protocols during these restrictions. It is easy to use, needs no special software and will work on your device phone, pc or tablet.
Contact us ( 9226 0561 ) to ensure your appointment is via “Telehealth” or respond to our messages if we have contacted you.
We have introduced Telehealth video consulting facilities. No special software or downloads are required for your device. Telehealth will work on any smartphone, tablet or computer ( Apple or Windows ). All you need is Internet access and we will send you a link by SMS or email allowing you and your practitioner to both see and hear each other. Telehealth uses end to end encryption so your conversation with your practitioner remains secure.
To give more flexibility and to offer you the possibility of you reducing the cost of your appointment, we have introduced a new pricing structure for Telehealth consultations:

As we need to have least possible number of people in the clinic. Please come alone. Parents may only bring a child if the child is the patient.
If you are unwell or have symptoms such as fever, sore throat, headaches or a flu-like condition, please switch from Face to Face to Telehealth.
Telehealth is our preferred consultation methodology during any lockdown and remember you can always show your practitioner ( in absolute confidence ) video of skin conditions and the like.
Telehealth is encrypted end-to-end and is never recorded by us.
